Hi Everyone,
I am a HR Executive, I wanted to know what should be the development needs which is required in you being a HR person. I think that your manager should tell you about this rather than you identify your needs OR it should be vice versa. Please tell me on what criteria development needs should be identify. Kindly explain with examples.
