Dear Seniors
All are requested to you that please give me your views regarding ESIC applicability to the employee of AC/Refrigerator Shop comes in the ESIC cover Factory. The factory as principal owner is liable to deduct the ESIC share for those employee and recover from Shop owner. if it is correct than can any body share me the link or attached the notification/Act.
if not than please advise me that can we handle those bills without deduction. his working in factory only for two to five hours.
please share the procedure ASAP
