HR is much broader where recruitment is the vital part and very important area. First you have to clear that in which field of HR YOU WANT TO MAKE CAREER.Secondly,your target industry and third what do you understand by hr gernalist bec in mnc or big industries you have to expertise in one field but for small industry one hr handled all.
Clear yourself and then tell.... then only i\'ll suggest you as per..but always try to en-cash your qualification, experience and your expertise rather then trying to make career in other expertise or field.
