Hi! Just want to give you an input regarding your case. But there are few questions that you need to answer.
First, what do you mean manipulated? In our office, when you said it was manipulated, it is an act of fraud and subjected to immediate termination. If you\'re saying that it was a wrong ticket, did you replaced it with the right ticket? If you did, then you can demand for the payment. If you didn\'t, they will have to reimburse only the amount removing the \"manipulated\" ticket although you really have to give them time, I say around a month.
In regards with with the notice sent to you by the HR Dept., stating that you cannot work with your competitor, it\'s a case to case basis. You have to remember exactly if your employment contract or company policies stated that you cannot work in the related field in case of resignation or removal from the company. Another thing is, this kind of conduct usually have a time frame, let say you cannot work for the same field or industry
