Dear colleagues
I am working as a HR Executive for German based MNC which is into Sales exclusively.
i have to send the letter to the Sales Area Managers/TL's to improve the collection performance.
i have seen many letters in the Citehr looking like giving warning so pls can any one help me out with a good letter which is bit respective, requesting but should hit the concept which we want to tell.
pls mail me.

Dear Yasmeen,
You can use the above "reSearch" facility to get the required PIP letters. Similiar discussion has been posted several times in CiteHR.
