As I read through it couple of times, I could visualise the five basic features propounded by Daniel Goleman.
Self Awareness, Self Control, Motivation, Empathy and Socialising.
The visuals also give a good sober feeling.

Hi Atul,
I read it, the ppt you shared. Whatever you have put in, is extremly simple to do for those who understand. And those who understand probably do 80% of these things and are lively being. But, those who do not do these things based on their own understanding of the importance of these simple things, it is really difficult to make them understand the vitality of these and even more difficult to convince them do it. There are few people who try to understand and then implement.
I would thank you for sharing it with all. I was checking on myself, on how many of these things I do and you say one should do.

Emotions are many. They have complex bending in the psyche. So there can not be any simple ways to good emotional health.
The other way round. If the ways are 'simple' the discussants must have put them into practice in life by now.
Will they please post their beneficial experiences for the encouragement of the remaining community members?.

Reply: I have been sharing these simple methods since I did my MA in psychology and my trainees and clients have found them useful and handy.

Reply: Dear friends, please share your experiences.... and validate that all big things in life comes from simple yet common knowledge... depends upon how serious and regular are you to put them into practice....
