Suddenly our Managing Directors Father Expired, so in the office today we had condolence meeting for 2 minutes with the entire team.
Now Shall I send a mail to our MD that we had a condolence meeting or a any message form the company.

Purchase a Condolence card for the Managing Director with very interesting supportive words , you can even add more words than those already there . Then let each member of staff from the office affix his/her signature expressing their condolence. The Manager will be able to look at this card many years later and remember his staff.
