Do directors have different set of policies and concessions in shift timings compared to employees?
Hello all my company is startup we are intotal 7 including 2 directors. problem is my ceo didnt mention any such instructions to me that there is concession for directors hence i am applying all the policies like other all employees on them. does directors have concession in shift timings and all as i am new in hr field. whenever i tell them they haven t started tracker of their shift timings which is compulsory for all as attendance and payroll is calculated on that basis this 2 directors get highlighted wherein i am just doing my duty. please suggest what i can do in this case.
Company had not nominated any directors as occupier
Dear sir our company had not nominated any of its directors as occupier the factory inspector found some contravetion of act & rules in factory and therefore filed a complaint against all the six directors of compnay. is this legal? if not pl. provide some judgment on the matter.

Hierarchy in a software company-different doubt from anything posted here
The company where i work is a software company which right now consists of 40 employees. we are trying right now to put a hierarchy structure and to put some set processes. we have two managing directors. i work as the administration managers. my doubt is i report directly to the directors. there are other people hr operation manager marketing team etc who also report directly to the directors. reporting part aside they want me to manage the office fully. other than the project related details and marketing everything should be handled by me. how do i draw the hierarchy chart for this?
Daily tasks in the organization for hr juniors?
I hope all the hr s are doing good. its been a long time since i posted any query on this platform. i just need to obtain suggestions and information regarding the daily tasks we junior hr s can carry out in the organization as i feel offlate i m sitting doing nothing in the company. background: i work in a startup where we have 8 employees including me and the directors. to be very precise there are exactly 5 employees. i am the only hr here and there are no seniors above me. any kind of process i seek with my directors. i understand that its a very small team to implement any practices or systems in the organization though what can be done i am doing. my director says fetch your own work when i do not have anything to do. i m really not understanding what to do or what not to do in the organization to keep myself engaged. if you hr s out there can suggest me with valuable feedback and tell me what i can do it will be of great help. or if anybody out there facing similar situation like me can you also suggest me what you do to get over this. thanks in advance.
Who will be reporting head to hr in sse?
Dear seniors we are 45 employee software company with 3 directors. all these directors are real brothers. till date i was reporting to chairman & managing director eldest brother for all my work. some times i faced lot of issue in reporting. the other joint directors are head of support & sales dept. respectively. they expect me to report departmental issue to them directly rather than reporting to ceo. in my opinion there should be centralized process for reporting. we have made one software for daily reporting. but they are reluctant to use it. what will be the solution in such case? thanks & regards varsha
