Greetings for the day!
With reference to ur ESIC covered employee's, please do the following:
1) Ask Insured Person to obtain sick certificate/Fitness certificate from concern doctor of ESIC dispensary and submit a copy to you for marking ESI leave in his attendance record at your end. Also, advice IP to confirm from BRANCH OFFICE-ESIC that they are also getting copy of sick certificate/fitness certificate from ESIC dispensary.
2) Salary, against sick period (i.e. as per rules) may be obtain from Branch Office-ESIC.
3) After fitness, all certified medicine bills with doctor's prescription documents process to claim through the reimbursement Form. The completely filled in & attested Form may be submitted to ESIC dispensary for verification & reimburse the expenses.
