Hi All,

Please read below & see the attached pictures!!

WE ALL INDIANS KNOW THAT THERE IS VARADI ( Bridge) BETWEEN INDIA AND SRILANKA WHICH WAS CONSTRUCTED BY " VANARA SENA" IN TRETA YUGA. BUT NOW NASA PEOPLE FIND IT THAT IT IS THERE AND THEY NAMED IT AS " ADAM BRIDGE ".

IS IT CORRECT TO CALL the ancient Bridge WITH THAT new and Alien Name???? THINK OF IT. Will they ever accept if we change the name of the "London Bridge" as "Laxman Jhoola"? !!!? SO, NOW, WE WILL SPREAD THE TRUTH ALL OVER THE WORLD. DO YOUR CONTRIBUTION, SEND THIS TO EVERYBODY. NASA SHUTTLE IMAGES OF A MYSTERIOUS ANCIENT BRIDGE BETWEEN INDIA AND SRILANKA

Courtesy : NASA Digital Image Collection

The recently discovered bridge currently named as Adam's Bridge made of chain of shoals, c.18 mi (30 km) long, in the Palk Strait between India and Sri Lanka, reveals a mystery behind it. The bridge's unique curvature and composition by age reveals that it is man made. The legends as well as Archeological studies reveal that the first signs of human inhabitants in Sri Lanka date back to the a primitive age, about 17,50,000 years ago and the bridge's age is also almost equivalent. This information is a crucial aspect for an insight into the mysterious legend called Ramayana, which was supposed to have taken place in tretha yuga (more than 17,00,000 years ago). In this epic, there is a mentioning about a bridge, which was built between Rameshwaram (India) and Srilankan coast under the supervision of a dynamic and invincible figure ! called Rama who is supposed to be the incarnation of the supreme. This information may not be of much importance ! to the archeologist s who are interested in exploring the origins of man, but it is sure to open the spiritual gates of the people of the world to have come to know an ancient history linked to the Indian mythology

SO , NOW , WE WILL SPREAD THE TRUTH ALL OVER THE WORLD. DO YOUR CONTRIBUTION, SEND THIS TO EVERY FRIEND YOU KNOW WHO WILL SPREAD THIS WORD TO OTHERS ALL OVER THE WORLD

Hi Rekha

The Pics are really amazing

Being served in the Indian Navy for 17 yrs and I got some thing to share with you

Gulf of Mannar or the pak strait is alaways provide too many intricate challenges to us

Our ships (others also) cannot sail past this gulf due to shallow and suspend rocks , one need to go round of srilanka to reach kochi or bombay from eastern coast

Our ships will carry out some modifications in the bottom part of the vessel to explore this strip, I had undergone some diving expedition at this point and photographed this rocks strips which to our amusement we found it was laid(?) in a straight or u can say in an proper array

It is mentioned in old tamil litreature that olden days the tamilians use to conduct barter trade with sreelankans on this piece of land strip as during low water time the strip surfaces and one can commute through this rock top and the traders use to have very accurate predictions about high water and lowwater with help of lunar charts

Now using irdium technologies one can have some more close look at our epics

thanking you

Hi Rekha,
Thanks for the wonderful pictures.
The naming as Adams bridge has not occured now. See any old Atlas (Pre- NASA Shuttle days) and you'll find the same name.
The naming has been done most probably by Surveyors of Britain (when it was great) and everybody has just stuck to it.
Do you know Darjeeling (hill station in West Bengal) tea has been patented by somebody in Sri-Lanka.
Enjoy the pictures and the belief that our ancestors made it. whats in a name ? I am sure you would have sent the wonderful photographs even if you were named Hema or something else.
