You need to first contact the placement cell of the institute and give them details about:
Job Description, Stipend/Salary and Company Overview
Then you need to define shortlisting criteria for your selection and shortlist resumes based on that.
Post that is the step for campus interviews - this will be HR related questions specific to your industry.
Once they join your organization, you need to have an onboarding plan or induction plan and then an internship project scoped out and ready.
