Hi Priti As suggested by Piyush your GM or sr. most person in the organisation. Certainly he/she should have all the details.

Miss Priti.
I am afraid exactly that in 4 star rated hotel all responsibilities & authorities with charges have to be handover by older employee to new one as well, if it is not done there must be some Sr. H.R person to train you or aware u such records and related matters, any ways,as per my experience you should not directly approach to G.M. if u have any Senior H.R .Official there you should contact him first, that u have such problem without blaming that it was not been tought to me by old employees or other authorities,u may talk him that due to such gap and unawareness about such important matter i am unable to perform my best to validate my job, your support or question should be in very request manner, definitely they will support you and appreciate your approach and sense of responsibility towards your job and organization.
Thanks & Regards

I wonder that in a 4star hotel, You are not using any software for management purpose. If you have used that you have not to face this type of problem.
