I have downloaded E-return Tool from the EPFO website and updated all basic information of the company but can anybody give me the step by step excel format and procedure to generate annual return for the year 2011-2012.

Hi Kiran
1) To prepare annual returns initially you should enter memder details or prepare the details as Employee data, Form 2 Data & Form 10 Data. in CSV format and upload the same.
2) You should enter the wage details for the whole year 2011-2012 manually or prepare CSV file and upload.
