Dear Sir
Is it possible to withdraw PF Amount of 5 Months Only
IF yes then how please guide me the whole procedure
If it is not possible then how to get PF amount of less Months.
if a employee faces this kind of Problem then what should he /she have to Do

Dear Channi
The EPF contribution is split into two.
1. The Employee Contribution: 12% of the EPF Salary
2. The Employer Contribution: 12% of the EPF Salary ( Out of this 8.33% goes to the pension fund and the remaining 3.67% goes to the EPF Account)
If you are having service of less than six months, you can withdraw the 12% contributed by you and the 3.67% contributed by employer, but you are not eligible to get the employer contribution of 8.33% to the pension fund.
For this you have to give the Form 19 along with the copy of the front page of your bank passbook after filling it and getting it duly signed by the employer. The amount will be directly credited to your account and you will intimated.
Hope you are clear with the procedure.
Thanks and regards
