Dear All,

I am working in media co as senior executive - HR from last 5 years. I am MBA (Part time) in HR (2012) with 71 %. I am independently handling Mumbai HR. Nobody is in HR team

I belive that as exp & education qualification & skill I should be manager Hr or atleast AM-HR. I am serching for new job now. Because I wanated to growth & development in my carrer. The role which is handling by me is boring now. After MBA i am intrested to do OD,TD,Policy making & implementaion,HR Budgeting, anyhing which help to achive org goal as well as my carrer grwoth also. In current comapany not possible to do all these things becoz no system & no flow of working,no policy.

I am very much carrear oriented female. & dedication towrds my work. I am not getting good oprtuinity where i can use my theoritical knowledge into practical. I dont now wt happen with me. most of the time my interview was good but not getting selected.

Pl go through my resume & let me know that i am on right path. Or i am over confident abt my self.

Or suggest me wt should i do updated my self in HR field.

Waiting for your sugeestion & reply.

With regards,

Jayashree
