Dear All
We are into the Cement Manufacturing Business. We are having following activities in our plant. Can anyone please suggest which kind of Dust Masks to be used for these activities:
1. Cement Packing & Loading
2. Unloading of Coal
3. Unloading of Red Ochre & Gypsum
What all technical things I should consider while gone for selecting the suitable dust mask...
If anyone can help me in this matter, it shall be highly appreciable.

Dear Dipil,
As per my under standing all the above materials are solids and capable to generate dusts only.
Hence I recommend you to procure Approved Dust masks (Particulate Matter N95 having Protection factor not less than 10%) for the handling operations of above materials.
We are all well aware that the Protection factor of Supplied air respirator is 100%.
It is better to use the Supplied air respirators, if the dust generation very high and nature of Job (Static).
Supplied air respirators are suitable for the jobs, moving from one place to another place.
You please gothrough the attached file contains information on RPE.
