I am an HR Professional having 4 years of experience into HR that comprises of Generalist and Recruitment functions both. I am very eager to know if there are any “Technical Courses” in HR that can shape my career. Also, it will be really appreciating if someone can guide me on the courses, institutes and fees structures for the same.

Compensatory Days Off Configuration
Dear gurus,
I want to know compensatory off configuration.scenario as follows.
1. If employee works on Sunday then he will get one day com off but its validity only for next 3 days.
2. If employee works on public holidays then he will get one day off but its validity its calendar year.
3. If employee works on public holiday + Sunday then he will get 2 com off where 1 will be availed for next 3days and another one will be availed for calendar year.
