In terms of The bombay shops and establishment act business establishment like shops or officesare required to be registered. However, I also understand that some shops/offices are exempted from registration. i am planning to start my own consultancy establishment and therefore I want to plan out everything in orderly and legal way. With this in view, I need Schedules I and II of the said act. Please oblige me with copies of the same.
