Sunitha,
When you are specializing in HR, my suggestion is to (as suggested by my friend psrath) to take up HR related job. Sales in general and tele-sales in particular will tie us down when we like or involve very much in that. One will seldom develop interest to switch over to other field. I know this doubt has already cropped up in your mind lest this question would not have arisen at all!!
All the best to you

hi Sunita,

I appreciate above all replies.

My Suggestion is to continue with your job as you are doing MBA in HR.

HR is such a filed were you need a knowledge of every thing. and this experience will help you lot.

And by that time study 360 dgree of HR because once you start finding job in HR as u r not pass out you are not going to get good job in HR. You will get only recruiter in consultancy job which is as good as telecalling. Because in HR filed u need to have lot of practical and theoretical Experience. For start up its good do job in consaltancy but i would always suggest you gain knowledge of every thing in HR it will help u lot.If you will start your job in HR now, you will be engaged in to one particular area such as Admin, Recruitment, T & D, Compensation. So continuing with your current job plz concentrate on each topic of HR, study even minor things. Find your expertise and interest in HR sub topics than start your career in HR .Be in touch with Citehr. read posts u will get valuable info. Discuss things if you find any difficulty.

Best of luck for your Career.
