I am preparing to give company executives a training in mission, vision and life purpose. How do I approach life purpose to make them buy in completely and change their working environment?

dear all, my biggest challenge is help some one discover their own life purpose before we can align it with the company values.

Iam afraid the issue of making your company executives discover their own life purpose is either philosophical or religious and the answers to this question are rather subjective;they can be got from each individual's cultural and ideological backgrounds.

To begin with find out the cultural and ideological backgrounds of the executives and relate to them information pertaining the purpose of life as per the teaching in their domains. For the religious explain life in terms of an implicit purpose not defined by humans.eg the moslems quote the Qu'ran & Hadith for Christians quote the Bible etc ...and for the philosophical ones explain life in terms of ideals or abstractions defined by humans.eg Cynicism, Aristotelianism, Platonism etc.......(if you want it that way)

My humble advise to you is first explain to the company executives the mission, vission and objective of the company then align it with each person's life purpose (remember according to their cultural and Ideological backgrounds) because in this case the company/organisation is the most important aspect and its 'going concern' is very paramount and is the reason why you are all together as a team.
