I need help for my Masters thesis. I was ask by my panel to look for theories or any related literature and study that say something about the link or relationship of a competent recruiter and the talent acquisition and retention rates. Its like, how or what does a competent recruiter has to do with the acquisition and retention rates in their organization. Please, I need a concrete study with the cited author, or you may also give insights, so I can compile it as a forum reference.
