Respected seniors
Any one can clarify my query on Labour Welfare fund contributions
As per the AP LWF Act we have to deduct Rs.2/- from employee and employer has to pay Rs.5/- per each employee
1.What is the wage ceiling to deduct LWF ?
2. What is the meaning of supervisory cadre and whom to be placed under

From India, Vijayawada
Dear Ramu
AP labour Welfare Fund must be paid by January end every year and by filling Form F and a Demand Draft to be remitted to AP Labour Welfare Commissioner Office. It is Rs.7 per head (Rs.2 for employee side and Rs.5 for employer side) per year. You must submit alongwith the list of workmen who worked during the preceding year.
There is no wage ceiling for deducting the LWF.

From India, Kumbakonam
No wage ceiling for deducting LWF of any state but as per the designation they will dicide LWF applicable or not.
