Hi all,

Can anybody help me set KRAs for the sales and marketing function? Ours is a trading organization dealing with the import of hi-tech industrial products, which we market in India. We have a total of 10 product divisions.

I wish to know what could be the best KRAs for:

1. President
2. Vice President (2)
3. Associate Vice President (region-wise - North India, South India, East India, and West India)
4. General Managers (in charge of 5 Product Managers each region-wise)
5. Product Managers (division-wise)
6. Area Managers (product-wise per division)
