When i was working with previous consultancy, there was only one mechanism to find out a right pool of candidate, i.e. to use paid job portal and tele-calling to candidates and thus to end the end to end recruitment process. When i joined new conultancy, there was a huge pressure to close the requirements. I was very much dipressed. One of my friend suggested a model i.e. ways to make higher acquisition of candidtes and from that i formulted 5 Framework model. I am not claiming that this is my own cconcept, but whatever i had worked i found this concept working.
