Hi, I have signed an agreement for 2 years before 1 year and the bond breakage charges is 3Lakhs, but now i got another job for double the package. If I move to other company, will there be any legal issues and any problem to my career?
please help me.

Well, there is no concept for Employment Bonds in have "Contract of Employment". All the laws applicable to Contracts are also applicable to "Contract of Employment". Such contracts can be enforced by law.

What do you mean by 'please help me'?
Are you expecting anyone to show you how to break the Bond/Contract without YOU getting effected & in the process facilitate the Company to get effected?
Sorry to say this, but I think you need to build-up some professional ethics/values. Where is the guarantee that you won't leave the next job too--IF you get another one offering THREE times the package?
