Dear All,
Relax......i think..... number of people facing this kind of problem.
So just start to speak in English with your callers and by whom u deal on regular basis.
I am not talking that speak all the matter in English but just start to speak ...one to two sentences then four to five...i believe u find your confidence........:)

To improve your English,
1. Have a good friend with who you can spend an hour every day talking in English.
2. Watch English news channels and movies.
3. Read English news papers and learn vocabulary.
4. Don\'t be scared of mistakes.
5. Have passion to enhance your English skills.
I studied in a Tamil medium school till my 12th Std, but today I am an English Professor with successful career. Don\'t give up!!
