Please advise me on the minimum number of days of earned leave that can be taken at a time. I have heard that earned leave cannot be taken as a half-day or for just one day, but can only be taken for a minimum of two days. Is this correct?

Yes half el can not be taken but one el can be taken so minimum one el can be taken by a employee who is eligible
