Dear All,
with deep sorrow and guilty i am telling you taht today one hr personnel failed me in interview. at one point. it is the calculations of bonus, gratuity over time, and earned leave,
secondly he asked me to tell about the returns and registers under various acts as applicable to manufacturing company.
although i replied correctly but i am not sure. my confidance level was very high because i know the all but the main point is that why i was fail.
so please guide me i want to confirm about the knowledge level with you for self testing.
i promise i will reply to even every reply hope you will guide me...
