Thank you for sharing Horrible accident !! as i have noticed especially in all rural ares when ever Fuel carriage tank upset my people rush to fetch the fuel from tanks evanthough some time fuel not ozing out also people making to leak from tanks for filling their cans!! some of them smoking near by vicinity by ignorance. So what i feel is driver should be trained well & also inform or seek police protection to secure & cardone the area with tapes & have separate pumping system in case of emergency to recollect spillage fuel from tanks. protect open sparking in the vicinity about 10 mtrs radius.
