1. There is no provision in PF to define a salary structure.
2. It is suggested that your basic salary should be equal to or more than the minimum wages and the allowances should be in proportion to Basic.
3. Having a proper salary structure would also ensure that Income Tax benefits, if any, will also be easy to claim.
