I am working on a project in an automobile company. I have to develop a training module for the HR Team to have better knowledge of the business.
I have added presentations on org structure and the various verticals & products of the organization. Have also added some details on Macro Economics & Finance.
Can you please suggest what else needs to be covered in the program to make it more effective.

Hi Jim,
You could also include aspects of government policy, tax laws and their impact on the company, environmental benchmarks and policies. Additional areas could be competitors and the wider network of OEMs, etc.
Distribution, Dealerships, Spare Parts and Maintenance, etc.

Dear Shashi,
Thanks a lot for your inputs. I have added Govt. policy, tax laws, competition, OEM, etc as part of Macro economics and others (distribution, maintenance) as part of product presentations.
Is there something i can do as a value add so that HR professionals can ensure their effectiveness when it comes w.r.t. business.
