Hi sir/m\'m,
I have few questions on PF withdrawl claim and I would appriciate if you provide some answer.
Background: Its already about 3 years passed but my past company\'s PF withdrawl claim has not yet settled, which I applied through the employer. I am working in an another city and my bank salary account is now different. During applying for my past company\'s PF withdrawl claim, I made mistake by mentioning my present bank salary account number in the withdrawl form, for which it might have got rejected. I received a letter from the PF office to provide some proofs, which I provided immediately. But after that, no response came from the PF office. I followed-up twice through emails but still no response came. I tried to call the PF office but no one picked-up the phone. I tried to check my application status, which now shows as following:
* * No record found
* * Data available since last six months. * *
* * VISHAKAPATNAM data availaible from 21-01-2012. Last updated

Dear,
you did not received any claim from the office . it means your form has rejected so you have to apply a fresh form and give all details carefully to your employer or you have to drop a letter to your RPFC office regarding problem. you will get response soon from the RPFC.

Dear VKRSOFT,
I guess satishkamboj is correct, try submitting new claim form through your previous employer, or you can continue the same account with the present employment, Use ur existing PF account no for the current contribution. ask your previous employer that i would like to use the same account further, So request you to do the needful. I guess we have a separate form for that where we can transfer the same PF AC No and Total AC balance to the new company where we are moving ( try this option if you dint get any solution for this) My recommendation is to transfer the Ac to new company.
Regards,
