Hope you might have applied for Labour License under Contract Labour Act and Interstate Migrant Workmen Act and obtained the Registration Certificate under BOCW Act.

You must submit the PF to the RPFC Office for all the workmen engaged in your site, in case your sub-contractors not covering. EPF must be paid before 15th of next month.

This month is July. So you must submit the Half yearly Return (Form XXIV) before 31 July 2012. You can take the details of formats from https://www.citehr.com/384238-gentle...r-returns.html thread.

You must submit 2 Half yearly return for the period from 01 Jan to 30 Jun by 31 July and from 01 Jul to 31 Dec by 31 January.

Annual return Form III (Under Minimum Wages Act) for the Calender Year by 31 January.

Further As per BOCW Act you must submit the Annual return to your client so that your client can compile and forward the same to BOCW Inspector Office.

Hi, I've 10 years experience in General Administration and also pursued MBA (HR) through Learning Distance mode. I now want to make career in HR field also. It is really a very useful information. But I would like to draw your attention that the information regarding PF is not correct, as all the establishments have to fill the challans online from April,2012. Please check with PF office and do the needful if not yet done.
