Over at this part of the world, 15% staff cost is not an exorbitant figure at all. There are other factors that erode revenue / profit and one such factor in your specific situation could be your rental earnings - have your priced it correctly?
Conduct a SWOT or Cost-Benefits Analysis to determine whether outsourcing is the way to go for your business.
