Hii, Please suggest me some Loyalty Benefits that can be provided to employees after completing a certain period of employment. Regards Bhavna

Hi
You can introduce Long Service Award policy for completion of say 10 yrs, 15 yrs, 20 yrs etc. A certificate and a momento may be presented to the employee concerned.
The momento may be in the form of a silver/gold coin or any other article.

Thanks Sangeeta. We have some thng like this on the cards.
I wish to introduce few other benefits as well....like allowing discount coupons, mobile allowances, Insurance policies etc etc
Basic idea is to ensure more facilities to the employees.
Kindly pour in some suggestions.....

If I understand you want to go for some welfare policies..... I can suggest the following :
1. Company Loan to employees completing some minimum no. of yrs. of service.
2. Higher Education assistance to employees going for higher studes like any management course etc.
3. Group Accident Insurance Policy
4. Mediclaim or hospitalization scheme
5. Scholership to employees' children securing high marks say 85% and above in school/college (say 10th/12th/Third Year).
6. Arranging picnics or movie tickets etc.
7. Sending bouquets and/or sweets/small gifts on the day of completion of specific no. of years of service.
This list is not exhaustive. However, considering the LOYALTY part extra care need to be taken for implementing any specific policy/scheme.

Dear Sangeeta,
Thanks for your valuable inputs. I wish to introduce such benefits for the employees who have completed specific nos of years of servvice.
Currently, we celebrate year completions by giving away Cards, Bouquets etc...
We wish to add few benefits to year completions. We have decided to give away exra paid leaves, as of now, to such employees.
And are exploring further benefits which can be added on.
Kidnly pour in your thughts about the same.
