hi, i am willing to learn pf/esi practically i know there are institutes in delhi/ncr, but the issue is i am not having enough money to pay that fee, i am looking for pf/esi consultants who may train me on pf/esi submission. i can pay upto 1500/-

Dear Tashi,
I would suggest you to please get in touch with some corporates who can hire you as a Management Trainee in HR department.
They may or may not offer you stipend but you'll get the practical knowledge at a corporate.
For the same you can upload your resume on job portals mentioning that you want to work as a Trainee for experience.

Of course, practical knowledge is more important but you need to follow some books to learn more effectively. because the tax projections are changes by the year to year and the taxes are different from Cities and metro cities.
