I have some confusion about EPF. When an employee leaves the services after completing 10 years and 2 months, do we use Form 10C or 10D? Is he eligible for a pension? Please reply soon!

If the service is 10 years or more, he will be eligible for a pension. Form 10-D is used for pension processing. For those who haven't reached the age of 58 years, a Scheme certificate can be applied for using form 10-C.
