Method of Recruitment

Portal

Head Hunting

Internal Reference

Recruitment Agencies

Walk In

We can use other effective methods to save our company expenses and for that we should follow the certain process

1. Hr Recruiter should get the requirement from any department 1month before

2. Based on the requirement the recruiter can follow to the people of same industry by reference and head hunting

3. As soon recruiters get the requirement he/she should paste the same requirement on the notice board mentioning that any one who will close this position will ge t 1month salary of the candidate or 15 days salary so that internal employee reference can work out . By this employees will get involve .(Hr dept can’t refer any one in this process)

4. We should give advertisement mentioning date of the interview and we should take open house interview for that any selected day

If nothing work out by doing whole process after 20 days of hard work only then we have to give requirement to the agencies but we should pay the agency if the candidate stick with the our company for 3 months

But at the same time Hr Head or coo can check with recruiter that what all work is being done by him/her in 20 days. which can impact on performance appraisals

After the selection of the employee

If candidate leave the company with in six months then The Recruiter,Deptt head, Mentor of the deptt should be answerable company spend so much time, money and value in selecting the candidate and if he left the company before 6months that is loss of company.

Dear Damodhar,
Sources can be used without investing money on portals
1. Employee refferal scheme
2. Social Network - (like Facebook, Yahoo group, Linkedin)
3. Head Hunting.
4. Educational Institutes (Training and placement Officer)
5. Collect the reference/data from candidates by incorporating thesection of reference in Employemt Form
6. Last not the least your relationship withthe employees as well with the candidates will help you to get the references
Thanks
