I am an Mba Student and i'm doing my project at a hospitality industry(hotel). Though two weeks back i suggested and started training & development(basic etiquette, spoken english & building confidence) program but due to certain reasons we had to end it. I thought maybe Johari window would be the right topic for my project, but i'm not sure how to implement it, not individually but as a whole. i have less than 2 weeks at my end. How will it facilitate in the organisation?
I know all about Johari Window since i applied it with self and my friends.

I am sorry to be a bit blunt. It's a general comment for the benefit of students. It's always better to study scholarly articles before choosing a topic for the project, discuss it with the MENTOR in the organisation, get it approved by the Tutor Guide. If those steps are not followed , students end up in a dilemma as to how to proceed.
Have you searched the net to find out how others have applied Johari Window at work. I found one on how Mastercard have used it at Case study of johari window concept More at Google

Sorry for the late respond and I thank you immensely for your suggestion. Sir, I have already discussed it with both my internal as well as external Guide. And they think its a very good topic. I have collected all the revelant information i need for my project. I also conducted a training where i helped the team members to build the interpersonal relationship and also to enhance their individual and team effectiveness. But i'm a little confused as to how do i implement it. I also need to make a different questionnaire for Johari Window. Though i have downloaded some for reference but its not helping out.
