Passport holding - is it right to keep a employee documents without his/her wish?I had recently joined a new it company at the time of interview company didn t talked about documents but after joining hr came to me and asked to submit my original documents as i am a experienced i said no to submit my documents after 3 months they told me that i had to travel abroad and asked for passport which i submitted and they gave me a written receipt for that . after 1 month when i had a talk with senior hr he told me that they will keep passport and return it back when i will leave company. so is it right to keep a employee documents without his/her wish? List & format of joining documentsDear all iam doing some part time recruitment/hr activity for a startup company. i require the list & the format of joinig documents ie. what are the documents should we collect from the candidates on the first day and also the documents & forms we are suppose to give as a company to the new joinee. also may be there are some forms what we should get signed by the new joinees. i request if any one can help with this list and the format of these forms & letters. thanks usha
