Economicaly How the management is powerful the welfare is more powerful.
In Welfare statutory the Factory Act 1948 Chapter No. 5 for Welfare of Labour.
In welfare you include this all
Bus Facilities, Canteen Facilities, Seating Facilities, Shoes,
Dress, Tea, Yearly Tour, School Fees, Society welfare.
