Dr. Jogeshwar,
I really wish you gaining robust health after your heart surgery. I went through all your lesssons. If you say that people who are doing the activities just opp. to the ones you posted in your lesson 3, are going to be get affected by this decease, how do we justify that one of my colleagues who was 25 years old (2 years before) who
1. never had smoking habit
2. is purely a vegetarian
3. Never visited pubs and Pizza corners
4. always ate a lot of fruits avaialble in the market according to the season
5. Never consumed alcohol
6. always looked slim (not plumby)
7. does (though not regular) exercise.
How did he get the decease which took him to the operation theatre for a by-pass surgery?
Balaji
Thanks. This requires a debate. This thread is not for debate but for insight if at all.
In my opening message I have said that lying in the hospital bed I was reflecting as to what went wrong with me. I studied life after open heart surgery and then amended my life style.
Likewise it is suggested that your friend may study himself vis-a-vis literature on life after open heart surgery and amend his life style . The insight and benefit he gains may be posted here to strengthen the objective of this thread-NO-HEART-ATTACK-ANY-MORE.
Waiting for your friend's insight and his amended life style's benefit to be posted in this thread.
Dear Balaji! Ex nihilo nihil fit means nothing comes out of nothing. Heart attack is something. So it must have come out of something.Let that something be discovered and repaired
regards
Dear Dr
As you have said blocking of the arteries is the cause for heart to send distress signals. Does such blockade take place in the veins also (carrying blood to be purified). Further, should the blockade not give an indication to us by way of increased Blood pressure etc which if monitored regularly may give an indication of artery conditions in so far as blockages are concerned. Many times we hear cases where a person had no history of BP but suffered 'heart attack'
Thanks a lot for volunteering to share your personal experience
With very warm regards

Dear friends,
First of all I\'m not a doctor, But hypertensive for the last 17 yrs. expecting a heart attack as early as possible. This is not about me but about really what happened to some people had/have been around me. Case 1). One of my bosses was a chain smoker but vegn.was diagnosed for bye-pass surgery about 10 yrs. back, date fixed but a day before the sch.date he undergone check up, told you R ok go home only continue the medication and other advises.
Case 2) Comparatively young friend, pure vegn. clean habits had no sytems died of heart attack in his late 40s.
Case 3) (To be noted carefully). One of our bosses was diagnosed for multiple blocks advised to undergo bye-pass within 15 days lest no guarantee for his life. Ignored the advises and medicines continued some advises of friends to take ayurvedic or some such medicines lived for over a month beyond the target date. Started thinking Drs. only frightened him to undergo surgery by giving false target dates. But collapse
Diagnoses may be right or wrong but one must feel free, fit, fine, fresh, blooming and should not proceed to collapse.
