Hi Nubira, As you have really good experience in Adminstration, must have known about HR and their functions bcz at Industrial level 8+ experience automatically allow an employee to indulge with some actitives of HR and also you have done your (Value Added Skill) MBA-HR.
Administration in corporate sector today, and according to the current demand and necesseties, is becoming a different and individual part but basically a part of Human Resource Management. In much organization they are still a part of HR and working under them. Therefore, I would like to know about your knowledge and experience you have in Human Resource. What you know and understand about HR?
Second, in simple language to enter into CORE HR, you just have to impove your knowledge first and later need to apply with some changes in your RESUME for Jobs in HR. Actually you have to work for Value Added skills of HR for your RESUME.
For example, you have to work for wages/Salary and compensation calculation, ESIC and EPF (Rules & Regulations, Statutory requirements for Employee and Employer, Returns), Gratuity and Bonus and for other functions of HR.
I would also suggest you to go for SAP HR courses which is becoming a really important requirement and skills in HR World and will certainly give you more options to establish yourself in HR. But before this you have to start your studying, have to work hard, need to updates yourself with every possible development in HR world and the very first thing you have to express your interest towards HR.
