Dear Dipil,
If this solution is working out, then you can easily have a flexible duct.
One end of the duct shall be connected to Blower and the other end for cleaning application.
You may try it.
Should not be very costly as well.
Thanks & Regards,
Sudhir

Dear Mr. David Thampi
Thanks once again in spending time in net for searching the suitable solution for me...
I have talked to Mr. M.L Panse in the given mobile number... He was telling that the kind of Personal Air Shower they were providing is so delicate equipment which can't be used for my purpose... This is mainly for Pharma Industry where people before entering into the labs or such areas going through these shower to get them dust free hygienic condition...
However I have requested Mr. Panse to give any reference...Let's wait for some positive response...

Dear Sir
Surely we will be implementing what you mentioned finally if not getting any better options... We have already thought of fixing a flexible hose or pipe or duct at the outlet...
Let's wait few more days or else will go ahead with available solution itself...

Dear Dipil,
You are correct the air showers are used before entry to clean rooms in pharma industries and certain labs. They use hepa filters for getting desired cleanliness.
Another very raw idea stuck to my mind is vacuum application.
You may have to design special equipment for human.
A chamber where head is in atmosphere and rest body in vacuum.
Such type of chambers can be connected to suction of a blower to create the vacuum. You can even try very rough vacuum pumps. This solution would be costly.
You may pl explore the idea further.
Thanks & Regards,
Sudhir

Hi, i am not sure but following could be possible solutions. 1. Non stick clothes and blower 2. Vaccum 3. Using protective appliances like goggles / ear plugs while using compressed air. Devendra

Dear Dipil,
Use of high volume low pressure blower with 360 degrees air nozzles in a closed chamber should be ample for the purpose.
A dust extraction can be connected at the top.
Like in many steam-bath enclosures, the head can be above the chamber to avoid dust in the eyes.
I am sure your engineers at the plant can improvise and set up a trial unit.
Problem would be - how many wokers at the end of the shift, and how many enclosures.

Dear Dipil,

Of course, this is a layman's suggestions U may think it over if really useful.

Your requirement is for a low pressure air to remove finer particles without damaging the human organs. So I would suggest the Air Curtains used in various shops/work places to prevent dust from the streets flowing into the work places may serve your purposes. In addition you may use water flowing underneath would prevent the removed cement dust get blown all over again as it washes the floor. Passing out employees will pass thro' the Air Curtains until the cement dust is fully removed. As the gentle air blows over the head human organs are not exposed to the pressure. This running water may washes away the removed cement dust. (Think it over the method used in Tirupathi Thirumala Devasthanam to wash off the devotees feet as they are entering the temple). I think this may serve you as a cost effective method for your problem.

One more simple method. Most modern ladies use hand held blower/drier to dry their hair after a bath. This also could be used individually which may be cost effective as well.
