Don't get disappointment abt your future. If you are really interested in HR Generalist position then learn all the CoreHR activities. At the same time try to learn decent English as even language is important to HR Professionals.
It is good to hear that you learnt ESI & PF process. At the same tie try to learn Payroll process also along with CoreHR Process.

Very thanks for your words and your suggestions,I need to convey one thing to you . what are the things i am doing in my organisation as a Admin i am implementing HR thoughts in my work, especially learning process in every work,i have a look on welfare measures, cordial relationship with my employees, cleanliness,& conducting employee engagement activities.i feel HR is every you said i will have good communication skill with myself.also your sentences are nurturing my mind.
Thank you very much

Hi Ms Priya
It sounds great as you are into implementation of HR thoughts. At the same time when ever you get opportunity to be part of HR on other aspects of HR activities keep assisting your HR as well as make some time and request them to assign more HR activities. So that you feel as you are part HR activities too. Later request your management as to transfer to HR department or to change the designation as HR/Admin.
