Every month we pay ESI & PF contribution by cheque to SBI bank. For that, we shall receive the challans from the SBI bank only after 3 days from the date of presentation. But when we go there to get our challans, there will be thousands of challans spreaded over a box. We should search & get the challan. But most of the time, as a result of putting the challans in a box like waste paper, they frequently miss our challans & also they are irresponsible about that. We fed up of it & even there is no facility to pay ESI, PF contribution through online fund transfer. Hence please any one help us to getrid of the problem & how to make SBI bank management to take proper action for issuing back our challans. Plz treat urgent & help us sooon....

Now a days no need to collect the acknowledgement of Payment. Everything you will get in E-Seva. There you have option of Download Paid challan in ECR menu. There you will find all payment acknowledgement.
One ore option is as Ms. Sowmya suggested if you have SBI Account then you can pay over online itself.

Please check with the SBI branch which is authorised to receive PF & ESI payments in your locality because they sure do have the online payment facility..... Maybe you need to activate your online banking.....
