Respected Seniors,
Greetings for the day!!
I just wanted to ask and need a help from all seniors,i am having 3+ years of experience into Recruitment. I worked for a year into MNC & currently working with consultancy. Now, i am looking for opportunity into HR generalist profile but the only thing is that, i have just done my BBA and i am planning to do MBA. So i am very much confused about what kind of MBA i have to do whether is it a full time,Part time or Distance learning?
Looking for Positive & prompt response from all seniors...
Thanks & regards,
Binita

Hi Binita,
Loads of material on this subject in Past many years from people getting confused on their selection. Re-search and read them as well.
I brief my response : 1. Full time - Better 2. Partime-Best. 3. Distance Learnig; Good.
All have its advantage and disadvantage depending on your needs/requirement and your available resource to spend on time & money. So take a call. All have market value but ensure that you do the course from reputed institutes and accredated bodies.
All the best.

Thanks a lot for your response..
Actually I wanted to continue my job also while doing a MBA so i think its only 2 options are are there for me. In that can you help me out if i will opt for distance education then which is the best college for me? And taking a good advantage in getting job into generalist profile..

Hi Binita,
Distance Learning - I would suggest IGNOU economical and acceptable at all Govt and Semi Govt Jobs.
Parttime : Search internet, you will get loads of option. For parttime, always go with accredited institutes and also those have good placement track records. Old students are the best bet to seek information on the institutes level of training and guidance. Don't go with their advertisement which always speaks more than their actual capabilities and resourcefullness.
Also, be aware that Mutinational companies do value certifications in HR like Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and CIPD Certificate in HR Practice (CHRP). You can google to find more information on them.
All the best.
