I have been employed with a MNC since April of last year, and in the month of May the company hired a new GM, who has been changing the rules as he goes. He is refusing to confirm my employment and make me permanent in the company. I took my PL at the end of Dec. for 10 days. I have requested for my LTA but he is refusing to give me my dues. LTA & bonus are mentioned in my employment letter as part of my CTC. I would like to know that even though he hasn't given my a letter stating why my probation period is extended can he stop my dues that the company owes me?
