No he cannot withdraw pension fund before superannuation.Only after 58 years old. He can withdraw his PF after 60 days from his resignation submitted. Regards Eswar.K

If An employee has worked for 2 years in any organization,can he withdraw his pension immediately or he has to wait till he attained the age of 58 years?
An employee who has worked with X company for 2years, then he resigned from that organisation and joined Y company, wherein he worked for 2 years, then resigned from there to join establishment for 5 years but during these 10 years of service he has not withdrawn but transferred his Employee pension fund, then we say continuous service of ten years.

An employee who has worked with X company for 2years, then he resigned from that organisation and joined Y company, wherein he worked for 2 years, then resigned from there to join establishment for 5 years but during these 10 years of service he has not withdrawn but transferred his Employee pension fund, then we say continuous service of ten years.

sorry i wrongly understand. See if he continuous service is 10 years he cannot withdraw he have to get scheme certificate, then pension will start to come after 58 years.
If he is not withdrawn and transfer then we have to say this only as continuous service.
Other than that if his service is more than 6 months he will be eligible to withdraw if he is not have continuous service of ten years.

If not means is my previous employee pension money where will go? Or in my pf withdrawal itself i can get my pension money also.
