Dear Mr. Mahavir,
Do you conduct the workshops in Mumbai only? I would really appreciate if you could explain what all aspects of stress management would you cover in the workshop and what kind of techinques are demonstrated/explained. Also, where (in corporates) have you conducted such workshops? I would be glad if you could give a little more information about your workshops on stress management.

Hello Shalini,

Many thanks for your interest in Meditation.

We deliver workshops titled “Stress Management through Sahaja Yoga Meditation” in various corporate, communities, educational institutes etc. Sahaja Yoga is a simple, yet a very powerful and effective technique of Meditation, introduced in 1970 by Dr. Nirmala Devi Srivastava. Today it is practiced in over 120 countries across the globe.

Sahaja Yoga relieves stress and helps heal ourselves and our organizations. We have conducted these sessions in various corporates including KPMG, Morgan Stanley and TCS.

The session typically includes “Guided Meditation”. No special clothing or seating arrangement is required.
